Meeting the needs of the process requirements, the project focuses on fulfilling the technology breakthrough about precise positioning in high temperature environment, coordinated operation of multiple industrial robots, and automatic picking mechanism design of high temperature workpieces, realizing automatic loading and unloading of blanking, forming and punching processes, and completing information viewing and fault alarming. The project results are conducive to improving the production efficiency and quality of the forging industry in Jiangsu Province and also to enhancing the market competitiveness of the industry.
