It adopts 5G/NB-IoT narrowband Internet of things network of China Telecom, which can realize network communication within the coverage of base station network without setting up forwarding gateway. Through a variety of mobile terminals, it can achieve parking location distribution query, location navigation, parking guidance, parking reservation, online payment, reverse car search, parking big data mining analysis, 7x24 remote operation and maintenance and other integrated services. It can be used by transforming old parking lots or in new public parking lots and social parking lots. The accurate rate of stopping detection has reached more than 97%. Compared with traditional charging method, the overall operation efficiency of this system has been increased by more than 80%. The car owner only needs to scan the QR code on the sign or pay in advance through Alipay or Wechat on mobile phone, and then the charging can be done so as to maximize the utilization rate of parking space resources. Now it is widely used in Changzhou.
